Large 8vo. xix, [1], 414; xi, [1], 426pp. Original gilt stamped burgundy buckram, top edges gilt, bookplate of Lord Mount-Stephen to each pastedown. Light foxing and offsetting to the front endpapers. Complete with all maps and plates. The boards sunned at the edges, the spines with faint little stains and heavily faded. Clean and tight throughout, the bindings just slightly cocked.
