Little, Brown, and Company, Boston, 1958. 15th Printing. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Near Fine Condition/As New. Book A very nice, almost new, later printing of the 1958 original. It includes the folded map of the Western Pacific Theater at the end of the text (just before the Index), as well as maps and photos illustrating the text. The photos are printed on plain paper (rather than the semi-glossy paper used for the photos in the original printing). Size: 8"-9" - Octavo (8vo). 445 pages. Item Type: Book. Text block is tight, bright and unmarked. Hardbound in dark navy cloth over boards with the title in bright gilt on the spine. There is some shelf wear at the borrom tips of the covers and head and foot of the spine. No foxing in this copy. The unclipped dust jacket (but without a price) has no chipping or tears and is now protected in a clear archival Brodart sleeve. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing. Quantity Available: 1.
