Decorative raised bands on spine with a section used for title, a section used for author and volume, rest of bands with decorative scroll. Vol I has gold printing / decoratives well rubbed and off along most of center of spine; Vol II and Vol III still quite crisp and clear. Rubbing and wear along corners and extremities. This one is in rough condition but appears to be complete and the only known original Perdue Debris Yearbook on the market before 1949. Please see photos for Fair condition. Rare hardcover 1st edition. Cover has some wear and water marks on the edge. Some shelf wear & corners bumped. Some light tanning. Nice, tight binding. Good for its age. Fictional story of Wannaseska, the Cherokee prophet set during the time the State of Georgia (white settlers) were about to confiscate Cherokee Lands in N. Georgia. The prophet is first hand eye witness and victim to the outrages. Story ends with the Trail, of Tears when the Cherokees agreed to move to Indian Territory in Oklahoma.
