Limited Edition, 1 of 500, Very nice and interesting publication of a selection of writings from 12 Western writers shown in facsimile with commentary. (only 6 folders are present) All housed in a simple light tan wrap with black title and illustration on front cover, colophon on rear cover and printed foreword on inside of front cover and Contents on inside rear. Each individual folder and facsimile piece is printed by renown California Printers such as: Grabhorn Press, Ward Ritchie, John Henry Nash, Eucalyptus Press and others. ONLY 6 of the 12 Printed folders with facsimile materials are present. They are: Josiah Royce, Edward Rowland Sill, Joaquin Miller, Jack London,John Muir, and Henry George. Wrapper in Fine condition very clean, contents are Fine to near Fine, Muir folder has a little pucker from the glue used to hold the facsimile letter and a bit of top edge wear. all else near Fine to Fine. Interesting collection of correspondence from very important writers with commentary, very clean and most presentable. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
