About This Item
Self-published in New Bedford, Mass., (c. 1924). Printed by Reynolds Press. Stated 3rd edition. Signed and inscribed by Bert Swift in 1931. A series of 20 light-hearted letters about life and life insurance. A clever format for the author to discuss marketing strategies, customer psychology, etc. The final "Addenda" page is a quote from Elbert Hubbard, founder of the Roycroft community and author of similar books of wit and wisdom. 43 pp. Small hardcover. 7.25 x 5 inches. Nicely printed with colored initials and text. VG with light wear, a couple of small spots. Sound, tight binding. Scarce, especially signed. WorldCat locates just three copies.
