George Daniel Wallace of the 7th Cavalry to army surgeon Dr. Charles F. Knoblauch of Shreveport, LA; a diary and correspondence log by Knoblauch, and related documents. Front cover and first two leaves creased at tip of lower corners; corners otherwise only very lightly bumped, page edges just a bit dusty. Signed on title page by Westfall under non-personal inscription, and by Willert under what reads like a more personal inscription but with no recipient named.
