MacMillan And Co. London, 1893. 7 5/8" X 5 3/8" in spiffy pebble grained green cloth with gilt lettering. Old price and "biog" written in pencil inside front cover. Unread. PAGES ARE UNCUT. Someone did a poor job of separating the dedication page and first page of the preface so that there are chunks missing from the top MARGINS of both. Otherwise superb condition. 763pp + 4pp of publisher's ads.. Hardcover. Near Fine/No Jacket.
