(incl. errata), [35]list of subscribers, [1]blank, [8]contents, 455. contemporary calf (bit rubbed, front joint cracked & weak, G6 misbound). First Edition. The author was Surveyor of Customs at Annapolis, Maryland. His letters, forty in number, narrating events leading up to the Revolution and the progress of the war, provide a valuable record of the development of revolutionary and loyalist attitudes.
