Boston: Printed by John Eliot, Jun, 1812. 20p., signature of mould-made paperstock fastened with thick thread (stab-holes an inch and a half apart with every evidence of undisturbed original issue), 9x5.8 inch self-wraps. The titled cover leaf is split either side of the fastening and has a ragged foredge (other leaves deckled and largely sound) without affecting text; somewhat dust-soiled; bears old pencilled information such as identification of the Member addressed, short-title subject and old seller's price in dollars. Good copy.
