About This Item

Medford, OR: Morse Press, 1974. Pictorial wrappers. Very Good +. The 1974 1st (and probably only) edition of this uncommon examination of African-American contributions and conflicts throughout American history. Really more a religious textbook than anything else, with "Discussion Questions" and "Worship and Bible Study" suggestions at the end of each chapter. This copy crisp and solid in its pictorial wrappers, with just a touch of light soiling and scuffing to the rear panel.
