Octavo, 371pp. Blue hardcover, black cloth spine, title stamped in silver on spine. Stated "first printing" on copyright page with full number line. Faint dust along top edge of text block. In publisher's dust jacket, retail price on the front flap, light shelf wear and chipping along top edge, a very good example. Signed on the half-title: "To Lester & Carolbeth Korn, With best wishes from Richard Nixon. 3-8-83." Ambassador Lester B. Korn (1936-2020) was the co-founder of Korn/Ferry International. From 1987-1988, Korn served as Ambassador to the United Nations as the United States Representative to the Economic and Social Council.
