Blue hard cover with gilt titles to the spine, with the dust jacket. Book condition near fine, a very clean copy. Dust jacket condition fair, 2/3 of the front inner flap has been torn away, lower third and price remain, corners edges folds and spine ends are rubbed, a couple of minor creases to panels, not price clipped. Inscribed by Elizabeth Salter to the front end-paper "For Lorna with Love and Thanks from E. Salter. June 1967" From the collection of Jonathan Gili (1943-2004), film-maker, director and collector of many things including books. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
