About This Item
Glasgow: Richard Drew Publishing, 1986. Paperback edition published by Richard Drew in 1986, part of their "The Scottish Collection" series. A slight crease to the spine, some scuffing to corners of cover, a slight crease which can be seen in some lights up the middle of front cover, some grubbiness to the page edges, but otherwise a not too bad, tight copy. Originally published in 1969, the story deals with a boy in his final year of school on a Hebridean island during WW2. Signed by the author on half-title "with best wishes, Iain Crichton Smith". 192pp.. Signed by Author. Paperback. Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
