Hardcover/ DJ (has price $40.00); both Fine to New condition; oversize 10 x 12"". SIGNED (no inscription) on title page by both author & photographer. Appears to be First Edition, c. 2002 & no note of further printings. DJ is clean & glossy w/ little to no wear. Light green board binding w/ black cloth spine is clean, square & bright- no flaws. All silver spine lettering crisp & intact. Trace of light age flecking on top edge of text block (v. minor- almost missed this). Text is tight, bright, clean, unmarked. NO remainder mark, NOT ex library. Handsome, well preserved copy- displays extremely well.
