The binding is very nice, with very slight wear at the spine top, a vertical line about 2" on the spine near the bottom, and a spot on the back. The pages and spine are tight. Lettering and design on the spine are done in gilt, still bright. 396 pages, no marks or tears. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. .
