Paris: Éditions Mayer, 1978. Hardcover. Fine condition in a Good dust jacket. The jacket would be Near Fine but for yellowing to the spine and along the upper edge of the front panel (see photos). Bright, shiny, clean, square and tight. Sharp corners. NO owner's name or bookplate. NOT a remainder. All pages are fresh, crisp, and unmarked. Hardcover. 22 cm wide by 25.5 cm tall. Text in French. Illustrated throughout with art reproductions, many in full-color, as well as old portraits/photographs and letter facsimiles. Title given above is from the title page. The title on the Dust Jacket is different. It reads: NORBERT GOENEUTTE SA VIE ET SON OEUVRE OU L'ART LIBRE AU XIXe SIÈCLE (1854-1894). Bound in the original green cloth, stamped in shiny gold on front cover. Includes dust jacket.. First Edition (première édition). Hardcover. Fine condition/Good dust jacket. Because most of our books are stored in protective boxes, rather than on shelves, they cannot be viewed as a whole.
