About This Item

Human & Rousseau (Pty) Ltd and Johannesburg Art Gallery, 1997. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Poor/No Jacket. 191 pages. This book, otherwise in good condition, has been sadly affected by damp condition. The top spine corner of the contents is warped, damaged and stained. This continues throughout the book. However, this inconvenience and annoyance does not affect the text or bodies of the pages. Hence, the illustrations are fresh and vivacious, vibrant and vivid. The binding is sure and secure. The cloth cover is strong and sturdy. The back cover has mild marking. The spine is faded but the printing is bright. There is a yellow sticker to the bottom of the spine. A book that can be used with some care but with absolute confidence and enjoyment. fk.
