NY: Macmillan Company, October 1906. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good (or better). Publisher's green cloth binding with black and gilt stamping (design and lettering) to front cover and spine, sill bright. Discolored soil spot on rear cover about 1" diameter, top edge gilt, a little dulled, binding a bit shaken although covers are firmly attaced; former owner's name on front flyleaf, with light foxing to front end pages, otherwise the book is unmarked and the pages clean and still bright. 283 pp, plus advertisements. An above average copy.
