London: Robert Hale, 1960. In 1896 Syracuse the arrival of a rich, beautiful woman and the discovery of a petrified giant overshadow the murder of an unidentified man. Ex-library with internal markings and a sticker on the jacket spine. Bumped and rubbed, spine cocked with taps shadows to the boards and end papers. The front hinge has been repaired, with paper glued to the front end paper and residue from a pocket or library markings. Jacket rubbed with small chips and tears, in new Brodart.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Fair/Good. Ex-Library.
