Lavishly illustrated with color plates, black and white photography and color cross-section of the pregnant female body with layered flaps depicting organs. Glossary. Index of Symptoms. General Index. Illustrated endpapers. Bound in three-quarter black pebble morocco over dark blue-green boards, gilt lettering on spine. All edges marbled. A faint dampstain affects the upper gutter of a section of leaves, and corners are a tad worn, else Fine.
