Washington DC: International of Hod Carriers, Building and Common Laborers' Union, 1957. Magazine. Forty-four issues of the monthly labor magazine, first seven issues 8.5x12 inches and subsequent are 8.5x11 inches; illustrated glossy covers, throughout minor soiling, a few spines & top-edge wraps are slightly toned; evident on most magazines include a touch of rust on staples, vertically creased wraps from mailing, small tears and edge & shelf wear, otherwise in very good condition. Issues present are vol. 1, nos. 1-7 (1947) [no. 1 wraps lightly soiled from handling, no. 2 back wrap detached, no. 3 spine mostly detached]; vol. 2, nos. 11-12 (1948) [issue 11, single leaf (pages 7-10) detached, issue 12 has some soil on wraps from handling]; vol. 3, no. 1-3, 5-9 (1949) [no.1 mostly detached wraps + minor silverfishing on bottom corner, no. 9 spine is silverfished and nearly detached]; vol. 4, nos. 6, 8-9, 12 (1950); vol. 5, nos. 1-2, 4-9 (1951); vol. 6, nos. 1-4, 6-7, 9-10, 12 (1952) [no. 10 cover detached, 1 inch tear on cover spine and a large scratch from the top edge to the boom edge in middle of cover]; vol. 7, no 1. (1953); vol. 9, no. 6 (1955); vol. 10, nos. 2, 6, 8, 12, (1956); and vol. 11, No. 11 (1957).
