Very Good. 107 pages this work has a flexible hardcover burgundy leatherette binding with gilt lettering on the front cover that is still sharp. The upper, lower and outer page ends are gilt. There is wear along the spine and a 1/2" tear at the base of the spine at the front cover. On the ffep and on the title page at the top there is the name of M. Bauman stamped in black; rest of interior of book is clean. A number of black & white photographs throughout the book. In quite nice shape for being more than 3/4 of a century old.
