Darius and Tabitha Kinsey were a husband/wife photographic team from 1890 to 1940 with an affinity for the logging business that was in place in Washington State at the time. This book includes 41 superb photographs of the logging industry's steam locomotives, historical essays by John Labbe on each locomotive and the logging operation it served, and excerpts from conversations wit some f the old time engineers, firemen, and brakemen. A clean very presentable copy.
