Netherlands: J. M. Dent & Sons, 1962. Hardback. Very Good -/Good +. With 41 coloured plates by Rosalind Thornycroft attached and intact. Pastel blue-green cloth over boards with black-debossed particulars to spine. Light scattered foxing to endpages; small square green marks to rear pastedown; illustrations are bright with soiling to margins of pages 13 and 15. Boards have rubbing to edges, corners and ends of spine; water ring stain to front board and light scuffing to rear board. Dust jacket is soiled particularly to rear cover; rubbing, chipping and closed tears to edges, corners and ends of spine; writing in pencil to lower corner of front flap. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
