Gilt stamped black leather with 4 raised bands on nthe spine. All edges gilt, marbled endpapers, sewn in ribbon marker. The volume is over-opened at the title page. It is housesd in a near fine slipcase which has a small area of light discoloration (removal of a sticker) on the rear panel.

Synopsis

Michael Murphy, who cofounded The Esalen Institute in 1962, is the author of Golf in the Kingdom and The Future of the Body. He is the coauthor of In the Zone and The Life We Are Given. Murphy lives in San Rafael, California.
