Rebound in lovely red calf, gilt-leaf roll with Grove Park School, Wrexham emblem gilt-stamped to front cover. Moderate rubbing to extremities, corners peeping. 5 raised bands. Black leather spine label with letters in gilt. Marbled edges and endpapers with gilt dentelles. Ink inscriptions to front free endpaper, dated Xmas 1902. Pages lightly toned, very clean. Plates, in-line illustrations, vignette headpieces and tailpieces throughout. Double ruled in gilt with decorative gilt motifs. A lovely little book perhaps to present to your arctic-based friends.
