Scuffing along edges of spine and bottom edge of book. Back cover is creased near spine and at the lower-left corner. Pages are yellowed with age and there is additional discoloration on the first and last free end-papers and on the inside of front and back covers. St. Ives: Being The Adventures of a French Prisoner in England (1897) is an unfinished novel by Robert Louis Stevenson. It was completed in 1898 by Arthur Quiller-Couch. Unable to write, Stevenson dictated thirty chapters of the novel to his stepdaughter as a diversion from his debilitating illness.
