With his military career beginning in the Bavarian artillery in 1904, Kesselring experienced the first World War and honed his skills in high level staff work and strategy. He furthered himself through involvement in the beginning of the German air force, later being a commander of campaigns in Poland, the Netherlands, Britain and Russia. The author has woven this intricate biography of one of the most masterful strategists for Germany during World War II. b/w illustrations of Kesselring at the age of 4 - dressed in military garb and throughout his career serving his mother country. Book is in as new condition - Pages are crisp, book is tight. Dust jacket is in near new condition and still bears the price stamp of 18.99 pounds on the bottom margin of the back cover [this can be removed] - dj not price clipped. Images available upon request. Dj neatly encased in acid free Brodart book protector. 262 pages - Size: 8 Vo.
