Well illustrated with 30 excellent black and white photographic plates and colour frontispiece together with 20 illustrations in text including maps. In original beige buckram gilt hard cover binding which has a very small dent on bottom edge of rear board otherwise Very Good+. In original Very Good++ attractive pictorial dust wrapper.
