Limited edition, one of 250 copies printed on Van Gelder paper. xxvii, 71, (2) pp, with notes and bibliography, frontis portrait of Burton. 9 x 12.25 inches. A very fine copy in original vellum-backed blue boards with original dust jacket and cardboard slipcase. Slipcase shows some shelfwear and is starting to split at top and bottom edges.
