(scuffed, some wear, photos and end flaps yellowed). Selected photos from the book: Pierre Elliott Trudeau, Kenojuak, Margaret Laurence, Marshall McLuhan, and Gordon Sinclair.
Size: 12 1/4" x 9 ¾" (31cm x 25cm).
Very good condition.
Yousuf Karsh [1908-2002] was born in Armenia. He came to Canada in 1924 and opened his studio in Ottawa in 1932. One of his most well known photographs is that of Sir Winston Churchill. Karsh's work is in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the National Portrait Gallery in London, the National Gallery of Canada, and in many other museums.
Size: 12 1/4" x 9 ¾" (31cm x 25cm).
