Gyldendal, [Copenhagen,, 1996]. 2 vols., 8vo., First Edition thus, text in English and Danish, with titles in red and black, numerous photographs (many full-page) in the text and photographic endpapers in blue; navy blue cloth, upper boards blocked in gilt, gilt backs, a near fine set in unclipped dustwrapper. Vol. I: Breve 1931-1950; Vol. II: Breve 1951-1962. The correspondence between Blixen and Robert K Haas is used with permission of Random House Inc. Already very scarce, especially in this condition.
