[5], vi-lxiv, [1]-368, [1]-iv (pages of publisher's advertisements) pp. Marron publisher's cloth with borders in blind on both boards, gilt lettering on the spine. Black coated endpapers and pastedowns. Illustrated with a frontispiece portrait of Kant. Translated into English by Thomas Kingsmill Abbott. With a brief biography of Kant. A few leaves unopened at the top textblock. A contemporary name on the verso of the free front endpaper, one leaf with a few pencil underlines, and a small tear to a few leaves in the pageblock.
