Recto of each leaf blank for "Memoranda." Includes index. Bound in the publisher's cloth, with title and portrait in black. Boards worn, spine creased. Front hinge broken just after the title page. Some of the "memorandum" pages have been written on and have had recipes attached to them, and notes. A Fair copy, in need of repair. Scarce.
