Original decorative wrappers; 128 pp. With numerous caricatures and illustrations, as well as countless adverts for Ukrainian businesses in Argentina. Some wear to corners and spine; still good or better. Scarce almanach issued as a supplement to the Ukrainian satirical periodical by the same name, which means "The Broom", issued in Buenos Aires by Julian Serediak. Like most Russian and Ukrainian satirical journals, its orientation was fiercely anti-Communist, although this yearly anthology also contains light-hearted prose and poetry, as well as non-political caricatures and satire. The issue is also interesting for the various advertisements of Ukrainian businesses in South America.
