Toronto: Toronto Public Library. Very Good. 1982. Softcover. 16 cm. Sound and square binding in heavy, cardstock covers. A bit worn along the edges and at the corners. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. A reproduction in one volume of two rare 19th century books about children's literature. The Juvenile Review was issued in two parts in 1817; part one being remarks on books for children under eight years of age (iv, 68 p.), and part two being remarks on books for young persons from eight to twelve years old (iv, 100 p.) This volume was issued by the Friends of the Osborne and Lillian H. Smith Collections and includes a commentary about the review and an index. .
