Book has black cloth covered boards with gilt text on spine, blind stamped title on front. Book has red stamp, " Free Review Copy Not For Resale" on title page. Book was closed before stamp was dry and shadow of stamp is verso ffep, OW book is as new! Price clipped DJ has light shelf wear and a small scuff at rear tail on spine. Book is from the collection of Toronto author/poet and often-times host at Harbourfront literary events, Greg Gatenby. His signature and the date of the book's acquisition are found top ffep.
