Phila: Penn Publishing Co, 1909. First. Hard Cover. First edition. Chocolate brown cloth, lettered and decorated in crean and black with design of an early football player catching a pass. Illustrated endpapers; 347 pps. illustrated with seven full page plates by Ralph L. Boyer. Early 20th century tale of sports (in this case football) and life. A bright, tight copy, touch of foxing to the title page; an old "25c" price on front free endpaper. A very nice example indeed.
