Chapel Hill, NC: Algonquin Books, 1984. First Edition . Cloth. Very Good/Very Good. Signed. A Very Good copy in red cloth, in a Very Good dust jacket with a short tear at the top edge of the front panel. There is a prior owner's name at the inside of the front cover (mostly hidden by the dust jacket flap), and a light tanning and a small soil spot at the top edge. Briefly inscribed and signed by the author in Chapel Hill in 1984.
