NY: A.L. Burt, 1913. Hardcover. Very Good. Very Good HC in bright crimson boards with black border & designs, and white lettering. Boards nearly fine, binding square and solid, hinges tight, all 469 pages excellent, no foxing. Tiny tear at base of title page, frontis and all three b&w plates by W. Hatherell, one plate loose, fore-edges slightly darkened, former owner's name on front endpaper otherwise unmarked. Includes glossary of Africaans vocabulary on page 471. A very nice copy of this antique book, no DJ as issued.
