This scarce copy is in the special binding of the New Zealand General Assembly Library (Now Parliament). Green boards, red band on spine. Git and black titles and the armorial device of the Library blind stamped and tipped in gilt to the front board and spine. Plate to the front paste down denoting this book is from the New Zealand Collection and a general Assembly plate. Contents are near fine. Includes a large panoramic photographic fold out plate of Wellington harbour in 1929. Many other b/w and orange tipped illustrations. 83pp
