London, Reprinted for Private Circulation,, 1928.. Small 8vo. 29pp. Original printed wrappers, spine worn. PRESENTED BY J.S. FLETCHER TO HERBERT SUTCLIFFE, SIGNED, INSCRIBED AND DATED JUNE 1929 on the half-title. WITH A SEVEN PAGE SIGNED AUTOGRAPH LETTER FROM FLETCHER TO SUTCLIFFE, advising him on publishing a cricket book loosely inserted. Fletcher (1863-1935) was an English detective author. He was born in Yorkshire and was a friend of the Yorkshire and England batsman Herbert Sutcliffe. Sutcliffe played for Yorkshire between 1919 and 1945. He played 54 Test matches for England between 1924 and 1935.
