SIGNED. 334pp. Octavo [24 cm] Light green cloth over boards with the title stamped in gilt on the backstrip. With a 1/2" long shallow depression in the top edge of the rear board, and light rubbing to the spine ends and corners of the covers. The dust jacket has two 3" closed tears (one with an area of thin loss) along the front fold of the spine, and the edges are slightly chipped. Inscribed by LeRoy R. Hafen on the front free endpaper. The author writes, "To my good friend and wonderful collaborator___, with appreciation for your excellent help. Cordially, Roy Hafen.
