SIGNED by Author, [9.5x6.75in]; Among the Mines of Mexico - 255 pp., frontispiece image of Mexican town gate, 94 black and white images, 25 drawings; Across the San Juan Mountains - 130 pp., 48 black and white images, 12 drawings, cross sections, and maps; Sage green cloth covers with embossed black lettering on front and spine, black, sage and red illustration by Maynard Dixon on front and spine, top edge trimmed, black and red title pages with designs; Some shelf wear to covers edges and corners, rubbing to joints and spine corners frayed, surfaces a little soiled with spots and a few scratches, damp stains to bottom edge, some age toning spots on end papers, pencil author inscription and date with prior owner name on front free end paper.
