About This Item

London : William Heinemann , 1950. Cloth. Very Good. 7" by 4.5". Not Stated. A smart uniform edition of Graham Greene's travel book of his journey through Liberia, with illustrations. A copy of the Uniform Edition of Graham Greene's Journey Without Maps A Travel Book. Journey Without Maps is a travel account of a four-week, 350 mile walk through the interior of Liberia that Greene took in 1935. At the time the interior of Liberia was poorly mapped so he relied on local guides and porters. Graham Greene was an English writer and journalist regarded by many as one of the leading English novelists of the 20th Century. With sixteen pages of photographs. Collated, complete. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with some light fading to the boards and spine. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Very Good
