Edinburgh: David Douglas, 1891. Hardcover. Very Good. fl. Two volumes in green cloth, top edges gilt, gilt titles on spine. Appendix & fold-out tissue map at end of vol. I; appendix & index at end of vol. II. Frontis portraits with offsetting on facing page. 416 & 517 pp. Shelf wear at top & bottom of spine, some through to board. Some missing cloth at top of spine. One-inch tear on margin of one page. Hinges are tight but endpapers have narrow chips at gutter, especially in volume 1. No statement of edition: 1891 on title pages. No international expedited shipping.
