Pages [53]-108 & (6). The top of the text block is separating from the covers. Very good. <p>The contents include: "Experiments with Trance Phenomena", "Phenomena in Trance Deception", "A Mediumistic Experiment" by James H. Hyslop and notes on a letter from Sir Oliver Lodge.<p>With regard to the article "Experiments with Trance Phenomena" the editor writes: "The present article is the second and concluding paper on the case of Miss Burton...It will be seen that more careful experiments resulted in the discovery of remarkable trance deception which cannot be attributed to conscious fraud, but which shows a range of subconscious simulation of it that has much interest for morbid psychology."
