About This Item
Post Card. Very good. 5.5 x 3.5 inches (14 x 9 cm), four postcards of conjoined twins in one mylar sheet. Two are German, one is Slavic and one is Russian with names in Cyrillic language. Josefa (Josepha) and Rosa were born in Bohemia in 1878 and died in 1922 at age 44. They travelled with exhibitions and had a short Vaudeville stint. Rosa had a son Franzel (German) or Frantiskem (Slavic). The twins were 4.5 ft (138 cm) tall.
1. Twins are playing violins with Cyrillic writing and art nouveau floral border.
2. Landscape layout, floral background with two photos, one of the twins and the second is Rosa's child. The names are spelled in Slavic.
3. Photo of the sisters with Rosa's son on a toy horse. Names are written in German.
4. Photo of twins wearing tights. Names written in German. There are a couple creases. One goes from top to bottom.
