Contains Chapters 119 Revenue and Table of Disposition and Origin. 699 pages including index. Missing booklet with staple binding of the 1940 Cumulative Supplement inserted in pocket at rear of book. The binding was designed to accommodate the insert; book is a nice square volume, a handsome copy. Tiny foxing spots on top edge of textblock, some age darkening.
