Upper right.. 12 pp. Illustrated wraps with an illustration on the cover of a circus clown dancing with a bear. 6 pp. black and white text pages with alphabet listings of animals with illustrations and relevant rhyming verses. Also includes 6 pp. of full color collages of alphabet letters and relevant animals. Many anthropomorphic in nature. N is a Newt, T is a Tapir, X is a Xantho. The back cover depicts humanized monkeys racing goats. Measures 8 1/2" x 6 1/4" From the Estate of Fran Howard, wife of LeRoy Howard, McLoughlin/Parker Brothers who was the son of Charles Howard, McLoughlin Illustrator.
